Notice of Cancellation

Please submit a cancellation form for each child you wish to withdraw from their class.

Once you withdraw, your preferred time and day may not be available should you decide to re-join at a later date.

Please note that the direct debit run occurs on the 20th of each month. To withdraw from your class and avoid your next payment processing, please submit this form by the 16th of the month to allow us time to process your withdrawal.

No refunds will apply except in exceptional circumstances where a valid medical certificate can be supplied.
