Swimming is a great alternative to going to the gym! Join our Adult fitness squad on a regular or casual basis. Anyone is welcome to join! This squad is for adults who want to improve their aerobic fitness while maintaining stroke technique.
- Lanes are graded to cater for all swimming levels and speeds.
- Swimmers must be able to swim 1.5km – 3km in each session.
