Build your fitness with Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics lessons are a great way to jump in the water and build your cardiovascular fitness and strength. Our water aerobics classes are fun and easy on your joints, suitable for every age and fitness level. Our classes allow you to work at your own pace and intensity for approximately 45 minutes. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or are prone to arthritis and/or osteoporosis, aqua aerobics can be an amazing workout for you.

Our qualified instructors will work with you to ensure that you are getting the most out of your time in class. If you are looking to improve your strength and mobility, fitness and flexibility, why not try either of our 45-minute aqua or aqua fitness classes today! All equipment is supplied during the class. Classes are 45 minutes. Please bring your swimming attire and towel.
